Roland is the sole owner of The Stag – Chophouse & Club, a premier dining destination in Gainesville, offering an upscale steakhouse experience with expertly crafted meats, fine wines, and classic American dishes. He is also a partner in several other well-regarded establishments:

Caroline’s On Main (carolinesonmain.com) – A lively restaurant in Flowery Branch known for its welcoming atmosphere and carefully curated menu.

Peyton’s Pie Company (peytonspiecompany.com) – A neighborhood favorite in Flowery Branch, serving high-quality, handcrafted pizzas.

Beyond his business endeavors, Roland is deeply committed to community service. He serves on the Future Leaders Board at Peach State Bank & Trust and is a Board of Trustees member at Center Point, an organization that played a significant role in his life. Roland Stanley is a prominent entrepreneur and community leader based in Gainesville, Georgia. His passion for authentic cuisine, fine wine, and quality service was ignited during his travels across Europe, where he developed a deep appreciation for hospitality and diverse culinary traditions. Upon returning to his hometown, Roland co-founded Cork It – Wine and Charcuterie, where he helped cultivate a vibrant dining experience. After making a successful exit from Cork It, he now focuses on his other ventures, continuing to shape the North Georgia dining scene.
